Bottle, deep golden color. Lumps of yeast. Bready aroma with soft floral notes. Malty sweetish, bready, floral flavor with orange. Medium bodied. Moderate hopbitter finish. Fruity version of an Oktoberfestbeer.

Bottle at Chriso going Dutch tasting, 03/07/14. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off white swirl and edgework. Nose is musty, light toffee aroma, bitter orange, spice, light oxidisation. Taste comprises earthy tones, fleshy fruits, woody rinse, spice, more oxidised patches, dark fruit pulp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, so - so.

Tasting at ChrisO’s. Lightly hazy deep gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and airy. Super fine carbonation. Light malts that have a mild oxidised twang, Little paper. Mildly tangy dried fruits. Light finish, tangy linger. Possibly a bit past it’s best!

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, bread, malt, light nutty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt bitter, caramel, light nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131012]
