500ml bottle at Matt’s. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is fruity and funky. Taste is similar. Quite pleasant and refreshing. Nice.

Cloudy, not much head. Fairly pale. Touch of brett on the yeasty, slightly dusty aroma. On the palate, it’s dryish, dusty, has a nice earthy continental hop character, and again just a slight touch of brett. Good, balanced saison.

Bottle - Lots of funk and citrus lemon peel. Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. Nice funky bready notes, touch of light cheese and a light finish.

500mL bottle, explodes a little upon opening, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is heavily funky, with loads of barnyard funk, along with some regular saison yeast, a touch of fruitiness and a hint of black pepper. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of lovely, effervescent barnyard funk, farmhouse yeast, some fruitiness and a little pepper. Nice and fruity, with a wonderful funky character. Excellent.
