Strong foam and carbonation on a yellow body, funky blue cheese and apricot on the nose with soft vinegar hints. Flavour is soft sweet apricot, tart even, mellow sour grain and wood funk notes. Dry yet vinous finish. Really nice, well blended.

Cloudy blond color, medium head. Gracious Saison, spicy, coriander, some celery, vegetables, with strong character, and some astringency in the final.
Nice.

Cloudy, pale. Light phenols, honeyish, peppey, I get the black lime as well. I like that honeyish quality, the mellow pale malts. Subtle farmhouse yeast accents. Touch of brett. Really nice complexity to this. Could drink a fair bit.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy pepper upfront, followed by spicy Belgian yeast and a little lime. Flavour is fairly spicy, with the pepper upfront, followed by dry Belgian yeast, and a tiny hint of lime. Finishes lightly peppery and lightly spicy. Solid, but nothing overly special.
