Bottle - Butterscotch and cherry and some balsamic. Deep maroon with a small white head. Dark malts and some cherry. Balance is a bit off with only a touch of balsamic.

Bottle. Thanks Ferris! Has a sort of hazy light brown. This has a highly acetic nose, maybe stewed fruit. There’s a blend of chocolate, wood, acetic. Veering towards the more brutal end of the style...authentic but a bit too acetic for me.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly acetic, with balsamic vinegar, perfumey notes, and light oak. Flavour is quite perfumey, with acetic notes upfront (lots of balsamic vinegar), light oak, and perfume. Not very convincing, with lots of perfumey, floral notes on the finish. Meh.
