Hazy amber golden color. Super funky, soft peach, pineapple yeasty, tart hoppy nose. Hoppy tons of stewed peaches, funky yeasty character dry, hoppy, wild flowers. Super well balanced. Semi dry finish. Excellent

Taster showing medium amber with quickly dissipating finger of clean white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of pine resin and subtle apricot. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Perfect saison mouthfeel. Lightly tart and refreshing with clean notes of light lemon and light citrus with a light grapefruit rind bitterness.

750ml bottle shared at Brian’s. Pours a murky golden with a white head. Aroma is herbally and flowery with woody and some stone fruits notes. Similar taste with some ascorbic notes. Refreshing. Good.

Bottle thanks to Grant. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong funk, earth, oak, lemon zest. Medium body, strong lemon, oak, funk, nice tartness, very good.

750 ml bottle. Pale yellow gold beer. Looks pretty clear. Large white head. Hops with some earthy saison yeastiness and a little oak. Grass, tangerine, pepper, pineapple. Some sour action evident. The taste is dry with a little bit of grain sweetness. Mild oak. Light tartness. Light body. Very similar to any of a number of dry hopped lightly tart saisons. Kinda disappointing coming from De Garde.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is big oak a nice citrus lemon zest tartness and some spice. Taste is more of the nice wood barrel and citrus hop kick.

Bottle - Melon, light funk and light fresh hop. Clear gold with a decent white head. Soured lemon peel and grass. Not bad.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral notes upfront, saison yeast, and light oak. Flavour is quite oaky and floral, with saison yeast, floral notes, and a touch of oak. Oaky and lightly floral on the finish. Very lightly tart. Nice stuff.

Light amber, with a little bit of haze. Has a nice touch of brett and blueberry. On the palate, similar character, has a nice bready note but mostly just floral and berryish. Body is a little bit light, but it’s a nice beer. Tartness is mellow, restrained.

New very nice looking De Garde bottle. 750ml. Pours a cloudy orange yellow color with a very large white head. A big lemon and funky oak nose. The flavor is rich fruity hops, lemons, oak, some light sourness, funky brett, oak and tannic sharpness. Quite nice. Lovely soft fluffy palate.
