Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours clear copper with an off-white head. Aroma is rather fruity and juicy with some citrus. Med body or maybe better. Flavor is very fruity and juicy - with the malt it’s brought cough syrup to mind. That’s a bad comparison and it’s not accurate. But there are strong flavors in this and the heat seem detectable. Anyway that was my mind, and it still is. Very complicated in some ways. Malty, but not sticky. Bitter but none of the common hops seem present. I belched pine. Which I didn’t really taste. Taking a flyer: This is very different IPA, and if you bring standard expectations you may not think much of it (see earlier ratings). Think of it as a new thing and you might more likely like it. For me it’s now moving towards fruit and pine. Growing on me. Liking it. Thinking it’s really pretty good ale. Disclaimer: This rating was the first of the day and made while wholly sober.

Amber, fairly bright. Some stewed fruit nose, some alcohol and a whack of caramel. Too much caramel on the palate, with a hint of some of that stewed stuff. Not that good, in my opinion.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear copper orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, resins, caramel and butterscotch. Flavour is heavy on the bready malt, with toasted caramel, and light resinous hops. Bready and toasted caramel dominate this, with the hops very underwhelming. Rather weak.
