Poured from 473mL can (pkg 30 Oct 24) during unofficial Ratebeer Deez Chatz online. Clear amber brown with small light beige head. Mild winter spices some light caramel malt, fairly malty overall, touch of booze. A bit subdued, inoffensive, but uninteresting.

Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes spices, peppery, leathery, some sweetness, cinnamon, ginger, bit nutty. finishes lightly sweet with notes of spices, nutty and peppery notes. Nice one overall, good to drink

Golden-amber. Bright, and with a delicate carbonation. The aroma is sweet and fruity. Simple. On the palate, there's more there, some malt depth. Still quite fruity, and a touch of plastic so it isn't a perfect fermentation.

Lovely winter warmer. Really nailed the style.

Bottle - Dark sugars and caramel. Deep clear copper with a rich beige head. Rich and dark caramel sweetness with a touch of sweetness. Although nothing spectacular, this is a very good example of the style.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of English bready malt and toasted caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with English bready malt, caramel and a touch of earthy notes. Certainly not the most complex for the style, but it's decently balanced and structures. Bit of a boozy finish but in no way intrusive.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Dark amber color, clean, with medium sized compact head. It has mild aroma of caramel and Christmas spices, some sweet gingerbread. The mouthfeel is round, quite sweet, with caramel flavor and mild spices (cinnamon, maybe some nutmeg); the bitterness is relatively low.
It’s correctly brewed, flawless, but I would prefer less Winter and more Warmer (less spice, more malt character).

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark clear mahogany with little head. Aromas or biscuit, grass, and malt. Flavors of biscuit, raisins, and light spice. Some spicy heat to finish, though could be the alcohol making a late appearance.
