A pillowy white head on a lager/gold body. Nose is citrus and and sweet malt. An innovative take on the lager beer! The body is rich and dense for a lager, but remains refreshing and clean. Honey, grain, light tropical and floral hops, sweet bready malt and a touch of orange lead the taste profile. Very juicy, balanced and fresh.

Spicy, lots of cereals, crisp and clean. Grassy hops, lively mouth feel.. Medium bitterness, a little bland in the finish.

With a bit of teasing this has a nice foamy head on top of your usual orange lager body. Lots of bread on the nose, fresh baked from Woodward's in 1989 at the back of the store, possibly $1.49 day bread and also hints of that floor wax they used to use there before all the homeless people moved in. Flavour is mediocre lager grain with some strong rye hints. Good oiliness on the mouth, some sugar. Not bad anyways, not memorable.

Bottled, from LCBO. Clear golden, small head. Peppery bready nose with faint notes of bubblegum. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and bready, spicy with pepper and some sassafrass. Long bitter finish.

Light gold. No head. Has a slightly lemony nose, balanced but pale malts and rye give a crackery note. Light hop finish. Nice, balanced brew.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Blond color. Some crisp malt and honey in the aroma. Solid grainy flavor, breadcrust, with strong bitterness.
This is a clean and solid offer, the beer works well with food.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted biscuity malt and light bitter hops. Flavour is quite flat, with toasted biscuity malt and crisp bittering hops that don't have a lot of character. Crisp finish. Nothing very interesting, but it's decent.
