On tap at Luppolo. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. An earthy yeast character, a bit dusty, and some tropical, grassy hops on the nose. Flavour has a pretty rustic yeast profile, Brett coming through, very light acidity, and some tangy hops. Nice, very pleasant and clean.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy pale yellow with small white head. Lacto, subdued tropical kiwi notes, touch of salt, hint of brett and hop. Nothing special.

Nice semi cloudy yellow with just a bit of foam. More sweet than sour peach on the nose. Flavour is a sour orange, yet sweet and not oily. Juicy and refreshing. Not bad at all.

On tap at Luppolo, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a nice sharp lacto quality, with stone fruits and gentle tartness. Flavour is dominated even more by the lacto, with a very yogurty quality upfront, followed by stone fruits. Light acidity and fairly low tartness. Uncomplex but refreshing.

Cloudy blond color. Lemony and acidic aroma upfront, very light yeast cake, altogether it’s very nice. Lean body, lemony flavor, mild acidity, refreshing and flawless.

Pale blond, opaque. The aroma is very nice, there is a citrusy note, with manure. Smooth mouthfeel, well carbonated; it has some lactic acid and lemon, with nice hopping touch, a bit resiny and citrusy. The acidity is mild, nothing aggressive.
Not complex, but it’s a clean and refreshing sour beer.
