Beautifully tart, nice and Cloudy yellow pour, huge white head. Tropical fruit, citrus zest, perfect carb and mouth feel. Low bitterness, fantastic citrus notes and tropical fruit, mango and stone fruit..... The tartness is soft but compliments the fruit so well. Great stuff.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity lemony malt with light grassy resinous hops, fruity esters, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, light resinous hop, light grapeskins, musty notes, very nice and complex. Can from brewery. Half hour

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy blond color, medium sized head. The aroma of citrus and tropical fruits is penetrating, some passion fruit. Dry and highly carbonated mouthfeel, lemony acidity, then waves of different fruits, mandarin, plums; aggressive and dynamic, plenty of different edges.
Excellent.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lovely dry hopping upfront, followed by subdued wild yeast. Flavour is tart and hoppy, with lots of tart tropical fruitiness, tons of dry hopping along the same fruity notes, and some citric acidity on the finish. Wonderfully constructed, with lots of harmonious elements. Tart, hoppy and lightly acidic. Excellent.
