250ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with small, frothy, fading, off-white head. slightly herbal, peppery, yeasty aroma with pickles touch, red pepper, asparagus, bamboo, gherkin, mustard seed, dill. Taste is minimally tart and slightly pepper spicy on slightly sweet sugar powdery basis, hints of pickles, red pepper, "Schlesische Gurkenhappen" (sweetish pickled cucumber). Funny.

Frischer, säuerlich hell herber Antrunk. Konstant bleibend, etwas hefig spritzig, trocken. Geringe Kräuternoten von der Hefe, vollmundig. Zum Ende erheblich trockener. 9/9/10/9/9/9

Trübes orangegelbes Bier mit einer sehr geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr würzig, fruchtig, hefig, leicht säuerlich fruchtig. Geschmack sehr würzig, fruchtig, reife Bananen, Ester, leicht scharf.

750ml corked and caged job. Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy gold. Few bits floating around. Thinnest of dense, white, lasting head. Beautiful, toasty, bready, almond, luscious tropical fruit aroma. Taste is light, nutty, yeasty dry, turning soft, spicy bitter. Nice, lightly chewy palate. Soft, and airy. Finishes light, lasting, spicy bitter. Lovely.

0,25 l bottle, pours nicely into a wine glass, fitting everything there is in the bottle. Colour looks a bit murky orange, hazy and with a small head that comes down and dissipates within a minute. Aroma feels raw, has some unripened apple, something yeasty (like in a baking shop) and maybe some pepper (or I am fooling myself because of the description). Taste is full, fruit and some sour yeastiness, pepper spices at the finish. Not too complex but fitting for the saison as I believe it should be. Refreshing and fulfilling at the same time, if I had it by a big pint-glass, it could really work as a replacement for a meal.

Bottle from Bierkonung. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Funky aroma of yeast and stables. A quite heavy saison, sweet, dry and bitter hoppyness

Hazy light orange-brown with very small off white head. Sweet and spicy with lots of yeast, tea, tropical fruits, wine. Some light malts too. Starts sweet, then a light tart kick and light lingering bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied. Very good.
