Sampled draft @ BAF 2014. Thank you! Quite hazy orange, little white head. Taste is lots of hay, caramel, thick BE yeast, sugar. Thick caramel, hay, sweet sugar, light grass & peel. Yeasty body; Okay but too much yeast & sugar, lacking character.

Sweetish saison, has fruity yeast, some dryness and some aroma hops. I didn’t taste the pepper, a shame, I would have liked that. Altogether, this beer is a bit too thin and watery.

Bottle at the chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy, white head. Yeasty dough in the nose. Medium sweet flavor, plenty of phenols, sugary dough, yeast. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish with more dough, some orange citrus notes, a bit of dried white bread. So so.

0.75l bottle from Euro Swap 2,courtesy of martinius. Thanks man! It quickly forms a huge really fluff and super lacing white mega head. Looks like the best weizen heads does. This on top of a light cloudy orange/golden body. On the nose there is citrus zest with soft yeast, some floral tones and a little bit of old apple juice. Not to exciting or extreme but definitely a fair nose. It tastes like it should. A gentle kinda anonymous Belgian. Quite high on the small bubbled and it has a really light oily, almost watery feeling in the mouth. Some mild alcohol traces, lots of yeast with both dry leafs, something slightly metallic and some cardboard hibts. I know it's not actually a Belgian this, but it sure tastes like one. Not the most exciting one, ends really watery but worked well with Indian food. 04.01.2014

Pale blond with a light haze. The aroma and taste both have a soapy element to them. Orangey citrus. Low carbonation. Medium bitterness.
