Corked bottle. Golden color. Wheaty aroma with tangerine. malty flowery slightly perfumed flavor with tangerine. Nothing outragious in this solid ale. Fruity finish.

One of those Pierewaaiers Reuzenbieren that used to be brewed by the ’Proef’brouwerij in Belgium. Off-white, sticky head, cloudy yellow blonde colour. Aroma of bread, pear, orange peel, honey, banana. Soft sweet fruity taste, mellow maltiness, mild spicy accents, grassy finish. Very cliché tripel but correct and enjoyable.

Draft at The Hague beer festival. Pours hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of grain, caramel, toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

75cl bottle 2010 bottle. Dorée/orangée, col blanc léger. Arôme de grains, nez assez doux mais neutre dans son ensemble. Note orangée, fruitée avec une pointe de pomme caramel. En bouche, similaire, aspect grains bien présent, houblon léger avec une fine présence amer, sec au palais, malt discret avec un fini caramel. Houblon donne aussi un profile fleuri mais toujours sur ce fini grains concassés.

Bottle at Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Medium to dark yellow color, large slightly off-white head. Smell malts, yeast, some caramel. Taste sweet, some spices and lightly bitter. Decent body, low to medium carbo.

Bottle @ café Buitenlust, Oirschot, NL. Very nice smell, a bit lacking in taste. Mouthfeel not my favorite.

Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, bread, wood, some mild weet raisins as well as spices. Flavour is fruits, alcohol, some spices as well as mild bready malts.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow orange color with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, honey, apple and grass notes, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, yeasty, spicy - peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101022]
