Bottle: Poured a hazy bright pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of woody chardonnay notes with light tart and rustic malt notes is quite pleasant. Taste is an excellent mix of light dry Brett notes with some woody Chardonnay notes and some rustic malt with light peppery yeast notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. Wonderful beer with loads of complexity while retaining some great drinkability.

Cloudy pale blond color with generous head. Very weird aroma, manure, fields, BO, funk, coriander, light citrus. Highly carbonated, dry, the strongest flavor is cedar peel, it’s tannic, citrusy, woody, a bit astringent.
Unclean, a bit rough, but full of interesting sides.

Bottle - Lots of weird bready funk. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Woody, funky lemon and sweet bitter notes. Big and bold funk.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with white wine barrels, Belgian yeast and some funky yeast. Flavour is very dry, with lots of white wine barrel, wild yeast, and dry funk. Dry, funky and farty. Nice stuff.

750mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry toasted grains, Belgian yeast and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly complex for the style, with toasted dry grains, some fruitiness and a crisp biscuity malt. Fairly dry but with a nice fruitiness to it. Very good stuff.

750mL capped bottle shared by berko. Pours super thick pale color, cannot see through it. A small but tight head that sticks around. Now this beer is great because I have been ticking beer with mcBerko for two days. Well, I haven’t been ticking but I have been partaking. Beer is pretty aversive to me right now. But this is doing the job. Its a light, funky, tart, and lemony (not pledge) beer. No sweetness, nothing that is weighting down my palate. We have a few more hotel beers to open before berko flies away but I do not want any of them, just this baby.
