Our hands harvested these columbia hops straight from the Sartori Hop Ranch in the beautiful Columbia Valley. These fresh green hops met our Sour IPA in a traditional copper coolship, infusing this once-a-year brew with fresh earthy green flavours, fruity melon and herbal notes, all nestled in a tart sour.

Poured from 650 mL bottle. Murky brown with off white head. Grainy earth with acetic notes, not a fan...

Drain pour,, with the sour palate all the fresh hops are totally wasted. Looking at others rating there seem to be 2 versions of this, one good, one bad

Aroma is very faint sour malts. Has soft foam and a very cloudy brown body. Flavour is a soft mix of malts and sour lemon notes. Mouthfeel is medium with no oil. This is simply okay, not bad and not great.

Cloudy, light brown...mud and unattractive. The aroma shows sour, some toastiness and not much else. Tart, kinda wonky...yeasty...amateur homebrew taste and where's the hop? Gross...drain pour. Not taking the time to analyze the flaws in this one.

A bottle from High Point on Black Christmas 2016 at 12 Kings. Aroma is sour, some hoppy notes, caramel, fruity. Taste is pretty the same, very smooth, with a moderate sourness, quite dry and tart. Quite good.

Opaque dark amber color with almost no head. The aroma takes you off guard, it’s very fruity, first passion fruit, qumkats, giardiniera, light melon. Lean mouthfeel, rather dry, with fresh tartness, citrus fruits, hint of tropical.
Surprisingly good, complex, interesting.

750mL bottle, pours a murky opaque dark peachy brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is unusual, being very fruity, with lots of earthy, leafy, melony hops, under-ripe fruits, and pithy notes. Flavour is quite complex, with lots of melon and under-ripe stone fruits upfront, followed by earthy, leafy hops that are further subdued. Very unusual -- but quite intriguing and nicely constructed.
