Poured from the tap. Clear deep gold with small white head. Biscuity caramel malt, a bit too sweet, weird combo of resin, stale tropical hops, and a hint of cardboard. Not here for this…

650 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with lightish head. Aromas of dried pineapple, pine and doughy malts. Flavors of wet toasted malts, dry resin and pine. Piney bitter finish. A piney British IPA. Ok but not what I’d expect from Persephone.

Bottle - Leafy and earthy bitter hops. Clear dark gold with a rich beige head. Leafy hops and some bitterness with a light dry finish. Hops aren’t very ’fresh’ tasting and more on the english style vs PNW.

Really nice white head and golden body. Lots of sweet hops on the nose, layered, but not too intrusive. Also a very good flavour of hops with just a hint of malty nuttiness for flavour. Dry finish. Textbook IPA, nothing out of the ordinary but very well done.

Bronze/amber and hazy. Thin head. Big aroma with earthy, lemony characteristics. Quite bitter, lingering lemony character. Slightly chewy character. Balanced, if a bit yeasty.

Hazy to cloudy blond colour. Fresh hops flavour, some manure, with sharp bitterness, grassy, a bit of pith in the finish.
Very good.

Hazy Light amber color, bright, with medium sized head. Very nice aroma: delicate biscuity malts, fruity and resiny hops. Lean mouthfeel; excellet malt base, delicate so it doesn't overwhel the hops, a bit biscuity; good bitterness level, decent hops, more resiny, but with some cedar and bitter orange character too, and traces of chamomile.
Once again, I think they could have used better hops, but this is an excellent, clean, balanced IPA

Light Amber color, clean, with creamy head. Resiny hop aroma, a bit soapy, chamomile, biscuity malts, citrus fruits. The malt base is lean, a not biscuity, but it doesn't cover the hops; strong bitterness, hops are very resiny, the fruity contribution is very limited, and the final is dominated by pithy bitterness, that's a bit too much; it's also a bit earthy in the end, and there are infinitesimal traces of butter.
Good IPA, but if tuned it could be much better; I'm not fully convinced by the hops.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy dark copper amber with a small white head. Aroma is very fresh, full of piney and resinous hops, and biscuity caramel malt to back. Flavour is on the spicier side, with spicy, floral and piney hops - just enough biscuity malt to back. Dry, spicy and refreshing. Standard but very well-brewed and refreshing.
