Aroma is a nice balance of apple and mead. Moderate sweetness, light honeyish note, mellow apple. To be fair, not catching much compexity. But sweet, mellow, touch of honey.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lovely honey nectar, bees wax and brandy. Flavour is intense, with tons of phenols, honey nectar, and hot brandy. Seems rather hot, though no doubt complex and exquisite. A bit too harsh for my tastes, but still lovely to sip slowly.

Pale yellow color, hazy. Delicate aroma, flowery, a bit of glue. Lean body, moderately sweet; flowery accent, with light fruity touch, some wax. No evidence of the fortification.
Very nice.

Bottle - Clover and honey. Clear gold. Nice clover and light grass with some flowery honey notes. Nice and very light. Well balanced and light this is a nice surprise.
