Light apple colour. Mellow apple nose, bright. Sweet front, just a touch of tartness. Has a delicate spice. Bright, appley. Very drinkable, enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a lovely lightly sweet apple character, followed by treacle toffee. Flavour is super complex, with amazing depth of dry apples, champagne, caramel and treacle toffee. Warming in the best way possible, with a treacle, champagne-like finish. Fantastic stuff.

Corked bottle; 10.5% ABV
Yellow color, golden hue, with large bubbles, and small head. The aroma is very interesting; stewed apples, hazelnuts, wood, very light vanilla. Moderately sweet, moderately carbonated; it has a very nice flavor of apple juice, mature, mild apple strew feeling, and just the correct acidity; mild astringency in the final, apple skins.
Really nice.

Tasting at Alex’s. Pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste are sweet, fermented apples, pleasant. Very good one.

Bottle - Light funky apple and some peel notes. Clear sparkling gold. Bright and bubbly, funky and light sweetness with a dry and light acidic finish. Nice in the right situation, but not a regular drinker.

A golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light maple, alcohol warmth nice. In mouth, a nice sweet tart apples with light acidity, very nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.
