Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy blond color. Nice aroma, funky, barnyard, lightly cheesy, lemony. Aggressive lemon acidity, even too much; some funk.
Nice. Too aggressive.

Hazy and light tan. There is a light bretty nose. On the palate, I would say this has brett, lots of sugary sweet things. The body is decent. It’s okay, but doesn’t blow minds. Gets quite tart in the finish, if you’re looking for that.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out vinous notes upfront, followed by stone fruits and some acidity. Flavour is quite acidity and vinous, with stone fruits, vinous notes, and acetic notes on the finish. Too acetic for me, to the extent of seeming like varnish on the finish. Decent.
