Bottle. Hazy orange pour, with a medium off white head. Caramel malts, dull, flat hops, candied citrus aromas, sweet, bready. Good mouth feel, good carb, nice body. Finish is medium bitter, green hops cone finish, underwhelming, sweet caramel, sticky malts, light pine resins. Meh.

Bottle from an IGA in a small town of Temiscaming, QC. Pours a hazy orange-amber colour with a warm cap, pretty big with good retention and thick creamy lacing. Big IIPA nose with the citrus notes (oranges), hops (grassiness) and caramel malt base. The taste is not as bitter as expected, but fruitier with the oranges and lightly sweet with the caramel malts. Alcohol is well-hidden. Some bitterness starts to build with the dryness. Not a bad Imperial IPA.

Bomber bottle from their shop. Modest fuzzy head with not too much density and a kind of foggy orange body thing going on. Aroma is a lot of cabbage, vegetable, lemony sweetness, grass. Flavour is big citrus and sweaty peach skin with a nice dry finish. Big alcohol is invisible. Good drinking, crisp, nice imperial IPA.

The colour is sort of dark amber. Thin head. The aroma is full of rancid butter. Say what you want about So-Cal beers from the early 2000s, they weren’t full of diacetyl. You can tell there’s some chewy bitterness under there, but damn, please don’t serve this.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is very earthy and feet-like, with notes of armpits, feet, and earthy hops. Flavour is... oh fuck, why would they do this... full of armpits and feet. Something disastrously wrong here. Undrinkable.

Bottle - Light buttery orange peel. Clear gold with a decent white head. Butterscotch and leafy hops. SoCal beers must suck....
