Poured from the tap. Hazy light gold with minimal white head. Apple and mild pear, lower end sweetness, simple and well done.

Very nice foam on a light gold body with stormy carbonation. The aroma is pear, deep and sweet, leaps ahead of other local perries. Flavour is sweet pear, mellow apple notes. Full mouthfeel not too sugar. Very nice, on the sweeter side but doing it right.

Oxford tastings
Hazy blond color. Aroma of stewed apples. Dry body, mild acidity, enough apple flavor, with a hint of pear.
Reasonable cider.

Effervescent, light colour. Nice cinnamon spice on the nose, with sweet, sugary pear. Has a nice tart pear, light spice. It does seem fairly appley as well. Nice, quite refreshing. This is good.

Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear very pale golden with no head. Aroma is apples with some caramel notes. Taste is similar, moderately sweet. Good stuff.

Bottle sampled at Twisted Hills, pours a clear blonde with a few bubbles. Aroma brings out a nice mix of apple and pear skins, with low sweetness. Flavour brings out lots of apple cores and light pear skins. Nothing overly complex but it's clean and works well together. Solid.
