Tap (Hivernale): Poured a bright orangey color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of fruity green hops (Galaxy maybe?) is dominant and very enjoyable. Taste is also dominated by green fresh and floral notes of fruity hops with very little bitterness. Great dry hopping technique provides much enjoyment of the hops. Body is about average with good carbonation. I really enjoyed the hops profile on this one and it is something I could drink on a regular basis.

A hazed amber DIPA with a thick lacing light mocha head. In aroma, again, super pungent floral hops with meaty character, caramel, catnip and light funk. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with mineral notes, seeds, green hops, resinous and catty hops, alcohol warmth, nice and lingering. On tap at Bieres et Saveurs 2012, Sept 3 2012.
