Dull yellow, not much head, and there is a dullish malt character, minimal yeast influence, and just a light spiciness. Functional wit but that’s about it. For a brewery that’s made quite a few witbiers, they don’t seem like they are dialling it in.

Draft - Light wheat sweetness and some herbal notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Creamy wheat, citrus and a it f pepper. Not bad.

Draught at the brewery
Pale yellow color, very cloudy. The aroma has a very mild bread note, the mouthfeel is dry in the front, a bit more chewy in the final also, with stronger spicy notes, maybe coriander; very light vegetable note in the final. Not bad.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of soft wheat, followed by a little coriander and some orange peel. Flavour brings out lots of spicy coriander upfront, followed by orange peel and a soft pillowy wheat palate. Nice incorporation of the coriander and orange peel, but not overly interesting.
