Tasting at Matt’s, corked bottle, 9%, vintage 2013
Bright amber color. Plenty of stewed apples, elegant spirits, luscious sweet gold, with a high degree of acidity.
Rich and decadent,

375mL bottle, pours clear caramel colour. Aroma is decadent, bringing out notes of baked caramel apples, toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour is decadent as hell, with a wonderful mix of baked caramel apples, brown sugar, toffee, and a lovely warming effect. Complex, wonderfully balanced and deep. One of the better Quebec ice ciders and that's saying something. Fantastic.

Has a golden-amber. No head, but it has There’s a big appley nose, lots of sugars, the nose hints at some beautiful acidity. This is sweet, has some caramelized apple notes, some apple skin, a very nice balancing acidity. Brown sugar, great balancing acidity, and the sweetness excellent as well.

1.5 ounce sample, an ice cider look but with these great alcohol legs on the edge of the glass. The aroma is out of this world. I love when ciders have baked apple aroma with light persimmon, ginger, honey. body is actually very thin. it has the tongue coating elements but doesn’t last very long. the residual sugar intensity is at level 10 on this one wth apple, peach, pear, raisin.
