Golden, thin head. Hasn’t got much aroma, just some basic malts. The palate is quite malty, almost sticky, with a decent amount of continental hop. Moderate bitterness. The big drawback is that the hop isn’t bright, and that leaves the dominant aspect of the palate to those near sticky malts. I probably like it better than I should.

Draft - Light grainy notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Lots of grains and some bnice bitterness. Altitude aggressive, but still decent.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fairly floral, with restrained grassy herbal notes. Flavour is unusual for a pils, with sweet cereal malts, some grass, some herbal notes and a bit of residual sweetness. Not a standard pils, but pretty well-constructed. Solid.

Draught at the brewery, 10oz
Blond color with sunray, hazy. It has a good malt profile, more the flavor than the aroma, more the cereals and bread than crackery and crisp feelings; good bitterness level, the hops are a bit herbaceous, but less expressive than the Southern German ones. A bit chewy in the end.
Solid Pilsner.
It’s a warm sunny weekend, this beer is a good choice for the day.
