Sample from trade with Sjogro, cheers Sjoerd! Pours a golden colour with no head. Aroma of juicy apple, apple pie, caramel, some funk. Flavour is tangy apple, some tartness, funky, musty & earthy, with spicy tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

bottle from somewhere in Normandy (Seine-Maritime). Pale golden, lovely apple nose, not too tart.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a quickly dissipating white head. Nose is full of that lovely French barnyard funk, musty apple skins, and champagne-like effervescence. Flavour manages that beautiful mix of sweet yet dry, with champagne-like effervescence, barnyard funk and musty apples. Lots of depth. Just lovely.

Refrigerated 75 cL green 2015 bottle corked and capped (gusher) poured into a glass. Clear deep golden with small white head. Aroma is dry apples, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is apples, wood, and dry finish.

Bottle - Lots of horse blanket. Clear gold with a frothy white head. Nice farmhouse, effervescent and a nice bit of acidity. Great.
