Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Murky and headless (but one week later is a bit cleaner). Nice aroma, freshly cut wood, lactic acid, lemon, a bit pungent. Low carbonation, the mouthfeel is soft, not weak, with a strong degree of acidity, a lot of lemon character, lightly vinous.
Aggressive, not very elegant, but nice.

Very fruity, peachy character. Clean kettle sour. Has a refreshing, light body and good, balanced acidity. It’s nothing that a hundred other brewers haven’t made, but a solid early effort.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of wild yeasts, a little wood, light acidity and a touch of funk. Flavour is complex and cohesive, with lots of wild yeasts dominating, with a lacto quality upfront, with a touch of wood and a hint of dry stone fruit. Soft palate with low carbonation that enhances the lacto feel on the finish. Very nice stuff.

Draft - Light soured stone fruit. Cloudy gold with no head. Nice light soured malts and a soft finish.

On tap at Callister. Clody straw with no head. Aroma is sour, fruity, yeasty, with some apricot and peache notes. Taste is pretty the same. Dry, sour aftertaste. Pleasant and refreshing. Interesting.
