Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours ruby amber with a bubbly off white head. Vinous and strong. Alcohol, sweet caramel, fruit and syrup. Sticky and oily.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, molasses, malt, dried fruits and hops. Quite sweet.

Bottle. Hazy dark amber/brown with tiny beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toffee, oak and hop. Flavour is malt, toffee, medium sweet, toasted, oak, dried fruit, hop, notes of alcohol and medium bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, yeasty and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 160213

Copper with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of dark sugar, dried fruit, winegum and a hint of banana. Sweet flavour with lots of sugar and plenty dried fruit.

Sample from bottle, FØL 2013. Clear, amber colour with a reddish hue. Small, white head. Sweet, rich aroma with caramel malts, fruits - ripe pears and figs, a hint of yeasts. Sweet taste, but well balanced. Full body, creamy texture. Finishes sweet and fruity with citrus hops. Good BW.

Bottled. A red beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of caramel, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and alcohol, leading to a dry and hoppy finish.

From bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is sΓ₯iced and herbal phenolic. Toasted malty and caramelish. Phenolic, wooΓ°en and light alcohol warmth. Dark roasted malty, breadish and caramelish. Smooth finish.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Slightly hazy amber with a small white head. Very sweet aroma and taste with malt, syrup, honey, dried fruit, wood and some orange. Also notes of licorice in the warming finish. A nice beer to sip.
