Backlog, 2016. Bright, amber. Has a light tartness, a mellow biscuity amber malt, good balance. The funk is mellow with this, but you can tell it's an odd yeast. Not as odd as you'd think

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color. It’s a bit smelly, like fermented grass; some malt, a bit mineral. Quite dry, it has a mild bready flavor, mild acidity, quite clean somehow, with a citrusy touch.
I don’t know how much character comes from the Brett and how much from the wasps, but it’s not bad.

Draft - Weird umami and grain. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Umami and cabbage, not a fan of this at all. This could very well be me though as many people around me did not find it as bad as I did.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out punchy brett, dry crackery malt and almost a perfumey quality. Flavour is well-integrated, with light funk, dry crackery malt and citrus zest. Bone dry and quite moderately complex. Decent.
