A heavily hopped beer brewed using home-baked malt. Triporteur From Heaven is the modern version of traditional hopped ale. It is a heavenly beer brewed with home-baked BOM malt. The wheat malt in the unfiltered beer can produce a light cloudiness. The taste of Heaven remains evolving in the bottle.
The From Heaven was the first real Triporteur we brewed. Before this beer brewed an In Heaven, but this beer was only created as an try-out. The Hell was already developed when the from Heaven came on the market. This is shown by the devil who is already in the background of the label. He is running to show his beer to the baker. The recipe of this beer didn’t changed since the startup. We wanted to brew a modern version of a Belgian Blond beer. In Belgium we use the word blond for a beer what is light colored, it doesn’t matter what kind of style it really is. So it is blond, but the style? Did you know we are using an angel on the label when we use baked malt?

A light yellow beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has flowers, fruitness, some spicyness, aromatic, very pleasant. Taste has flowers and fruitness. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Pleasant and aromatic.

Bottle at Hiranoya. Interesting, light malty sweetness, quite yeasty, hop character is subdued but pretty tasty.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Citrus in the grassy hoparoma. Grassy, soft hopbitter flavor with pineapple and cityrus notes. Pleasant, not too sweet, well balanced. Maybe a bit fizzy.

33cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of soft fruity hops, flowers, hay. Taste of dry floral hops, hay, flowers, medium bitterness, easy to drink!

Un petit peu de poésie de fait jamais de mal. Et cette Triporteur From Heaven nous offre un moment de fraîcheur et de légèreté tout à fait appréciable. East Kent Golding, Styrian Golding et Cascade permettent en effet de conférer finesse, élégance et de beaux arômes floraux et fruités accompagnés d'une petite touche épicée très bien trouvée. En verre, élégance également avec un blond parfaitement limpide, parcouru par de fines bulles donnant naissance à une mousse blanche de 5 mm d'épaisseur. Le nez est fin, léger et élégant, sur une belle amertume et des arômes floraux, de jasmin, d'agrumes rehaussés d'une pointe d'épices. L'attaque également débute la dégustation par une belle amertume sur les agrumes, les épices et une pointe terreuse (East Kent Golding). La seconde bouche est un peu plus suave, sur un trio fleur, agrumes et épices. l'arrière un peu plus amère présente quant à des notes florales très belles. A partir de la troisième bouche nous avons un bel élancement, et ce malgré un EBU limité à 28 pour finir sur un final long et floral. A noter une très légère astringence provenant très probablement du East Kent Golding. L'ensemble est très harmonieux et plaisant. Point trop de sucre, et l'alcool, se limitant à 6,2 % Abv, très efficace. On en serait presque au 7ème ciel....

Bottle. Golden with a light haze color, white foam. Aroma: malt, fruit, light spice, slightly cheese, pear. Taste: malty, slightly fruity and spicy, light bitterness, pear, quite drinkable.
