A fruity blond beer with an explosion of citrus, resulting from dry-hopping with the American hops breed Cascade. In order to maintain the hoppy aroma as much as possible, the beer isn’t filtered. It is slightly cloudy and has a snow white head. It is served in a robust, accompanying glass. The beer was created in honour of Ter Dolen’s co-founder Armand Desplenter, the father of current director Mieke Desplenter.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ Mr. Hop.
Light hazy pale golden with a big white head. Citrus aroma with some yeast. Sweet taste with a medium bitter dry finish, bit like a Duvel light. Nice blonde.

Bottle, 7%. Good fruity aroma with a faint perfumy hop note. Hazy golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is very malty. Fresh grain and fresh baking yeast. Has a little warming alcohol to balance. Refreshing hop presence, grassy, perfumy, and slightly acidic. High carbonation. A modern, hoppy take on a golden ale. 737317 / 6 7 7 6 8,5

330ml bottle at the Belgian Monk, Norwich.mid-golden with a little bit of haze and a smallish off-white head. Aroma of candy sugar, honeyed yeast rolls. Only a slight sweetness in the taste; its defining character is a medicinal bitterness and a lingering drying finish. More honey in the aftertaste. Medium body, heavy carbonation. Interesting stuff.

Hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense white head; aroma of linden honey, peachy, apple peel, some citric, grainy and herbal notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with definite hoppy bitterness and some spicy aftertaste; good one
