Soft brighter orange with no foam, smells like muddy ramen noodles. So, several thumbs up for the girl at this obscure Langley brewery singing a Leonard Cohen song - that makes this trip worthwhile all the while. To hell with the taste of the grains, you win right there. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. Hallelujah, Hallelujah! Yeah, it tastes like spicy grains, your usual book standard saison. Good enough for a girl who can bellow Cohen with the best of the world. So, there's that. I'mma finish this, it may not be the best but it does bring back the best menories.

On tap. Pours a hazy gold amber with moderate head. Aromas of candied lemons, clean tropical fruit and light earthy yeast. Flavors follow same - clean, sharp and bright.great example of the hop.

On tap at Alibi Room with Brian. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is slightly skunky, fruity, grassy. Taste is sweet, same character with floral and grassy bitterness. Same bitterness aftertaste. Very good.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. It’s quite fruity, it blends well the spicy Belgian yeast with the zesty mosaic; somebody would call it Belgian IPA, it works either way. The Mosaic has been used in a good way extracting all its goodness.
Balanced, full of elements. It delivers. Zesty. I enjoy this a lot.

Hazy tan, aroma is a bit thick fruity, light phenol. Comes across with some yeasty dryness, touch of phenol and still a fair bit of residual sugar.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2016, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings lightly funky farmhouse notes and a little citrus. Flavour is big on the rustic Belgian yeast, a touch of funk, and dry biscuity malt. Balanced well and nicely constructed overall. One of the better local saisons.
