Draught at the brewery
Cloudy amber color with compact head. Smelly sourness like wet socks; the flavor tastes like sourdough, sour dark bread; no hop appears.
Clumsy attempt, frankly a failure.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a hazy orange amber with a small beige head. Nose brings out plenty of lacto from the kettle souring and subtle dry hopping. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of lacto and moderate citrus dry hopping. Finishes citric and with moderate sourness. Good stuff.

Amber with quite a bit of fine carbonation, lots of haze and a fairly thick head. Touch of acid and yeast on the nose but ultimately not much aroma. Tart, yeasty, lots of bitterness but a lack of hop brightness. Bready malts. The elements don’t come together….seems like the brewer is shooting for something unique with the bitterness level and darker malts, but this beer hasn’t hit upon anything worthwhile.

Draft - Light citrus sour. Cloudy copper with a decent beige head. Tart grapefruit and some peel with an insanely clean and short finish. Water leaves a more lasting finish. Quick, bright and clean. Solid.
