This artisan cider crafted from a blend of BC heritage cider apple diverse in flavour and complex characteristics. This oak barrel aged, bourbon infused cider, has flavours of toasted white oak and hints of vanilla; this cider is great for the bonfire and good times.

Pale. Light apple aroma, and flavour. The bourbon isn't particularly prominent here, just sort of random. Not well integrated. I'd almost rather it without the bourbon.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and a hint of earthy bourbon that's pretty faint. Flavour is sort of bourbony in the sense of being hot, with fairly dry apple skins. Poor use of the barrels and a weak base cider equals a pretty lame end product.

Reasonably good foam and soft carbonation in clear light yellow body. Very rich cider aroma with hints of bourbon and wood. Flavour has good wood notes, fresh apple skin, green apple. Dry finish. Alcohol invisible. Impressive, very nice cider.

Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours an almost clear like a water with no head. Aroma is kind of potato cellar, very wet and funky. Same quite sweet taste. Not good.

Thanks Tommy for sharing this 50CL bottle. Stubby with a big ass raven on the front. What’s tis raven doing? Cawing at the moon, duh! This ragged ass raven was poured into some HF stemware at cellar temp. Looks like a light yellow color. no head to speak of. Raven be keeping it chill. This smells like something I made in high school where you take apple juice and just put a bunch of liquor in it. The flavor is significantly better than the aroma. Cloying sweet, then a dry chalky tart finish with not much alcohol other than a little bit of vanilla and booze. Interesting.

500 ml bottle. Pours a very light clear straw color with no head. Aromas of bourbon soaked apples. Crisp flavors of mild green apples, oak, and light bourbon. Tasty

Bottle - Nice semi sweet Apple with some vanilla like sweetness. Pale clear gold. Very dry Apple with lots of oak and some tart Apple skin. Finish is a ton of oak with little of the bourbon characteristics coming through.
