Hazy yellow pour, big frothy white head. Quite grassy, with some herbal notes. Iām picking up sage, and subtle cedar with some pine resin. Very soft mouth feel, and soft carb. Finish is medium bitter with some light funk notes and some lightly tart cereals, with some malted wheat. Hints of citrus zest and white pepper. Interesting, complex, and refreshing.

As Naked Limberlost. A hazed blood saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, horse blanket, light mineral notes, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, light horse blanket, very nice and complex. On tap at Funkfest 2018.

Thanks to AleRider78 for the share brought back from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden colour with a fizzy white head that disappears quickly leaving nothing. Vinegar aromas, but softer, with some sweetness from the fruits. Nice sourness in the taste with tartiness from the yeast. The rhubarb and strawberries are quite mild in the flavours. Not feeling much of the barrel. Still, quite a nice try and easy-drinking.

Can from NB Liquor. Cloudy pale yellow under a small white head leaving a touch of lace. Nose is apricot, yeast, honey, a good dose of funk, pepper ,lemon peel, and some grass. Flavour is lightly sweet with a lemon tartness and a well balanced level of spice. There is just enough Brett funk to add some interest. Mouth is medium- with prickly carbonation and a long dry finish. Quite refreshing.

Can - Funky stone fruit with some nice citrus. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky and yeasty notes with none of the nice complexity of the nose.
