Full disclosure: This bottle had not been stored under ideal conditions, and I believe the cardboardy nature of the beer was a reflection of that. Hazy tan, has a rich slightly chewy, sweet, and a hint of minty, soft, and with a slight winey sweetness. Cardboard finish.

Bottle - Cintage 2014 - Sweet cardboard and oxidized. Cloudy copper with a small beige head head. Sweet and fruity with lots of oxidation. Past its prime, but a decent sweet mess.

300ml bottle at Matt’s place. Pours a hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma is sweet, walnut, soft cheese (camembert, brie). Taste is very sweet with walnut notes. Very good as digestive.

Tasting at Matt’s; bottle bottle 1949/2800, from 2014, 2 years old
Dark amber color, cloudy, small head. Crazy smell: toffee, cardboard, caramel. Very sweet, candy-like, fruity, moderately bitter, with some fruits and resins from the hops. Definitively old, but I still like it.

2014 vintage. 300mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is super oxidized, with red wine barrels, blue cheese, and stale cardboard -- man, this is messed. Flavour is all sorts of messed up, with resinous hops, stale cardboard notes and subdued vinous notes. Very sugary and oxidized. It is what it is -- not very nice, but it's a fun tick.
