Honey Wheat Beer
Imagine this: you and your best friends are relaxing on the patio during the dog days of a hot summer afternoon. Kids are running through the sprinkler on the lawn, a kite hangs high in the air on a breeze, and a chilled glass of Summer Haze Honey Wheat Beer is in front of you. It’s a picture perfect day.

Pours with decent foam, white, but not spectacular. Okay yellow body with some cloudiness. Has a soft funky lager witbier aroma that's reminiscent of boring macros. The flavour is flowery witbier with hints of rosewater and a medium finish. Could be oilier. Otherwise not too exciting, just about adequate.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Murky blond color with compact head. The aroma is a bit papery, not very interesting. Soft and dry mouthfeel; the malt has an interesting note of fresh white bread; the final is drier, a bit weak, although the bitter note in the very end is out of place; not much wheat flavor, and luckily no honey.
I would to try the same base beer, but cleaner and a bit fruity, citrusy.

650 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with light head. Aromas of dust, stale honey and grains. Similar taste. Stale/dry/muddled honey. Light bitter finish. Not a repeat.

Sampled on tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of wheat, slight honey and some grainy malts. Flavour of wheat and sort of honey - but it comes through all muffled and almost sour - sort of stale tasting. Not a good hef at all.
