Bronze, has a hint of pear, grapes, with earthy, woodier taste, quite rich and chewy.

Bottle - Loght citrus and some pine with a decent malt backbone. Clearish gold with a small white head. Sweet caramel, bit sticky and Perfumy with a boozy finish.

Tasting at Matt’s; 8.2% ABV
Amber color, hazy; the head is not persistent. The aroma has some caramel and hops, but it’s mild. It has a strong caramel flavor, with moderate residual sweetness; strong bitterness, a lot of hop resins, a bit orangey, not really fruity; and the alcohol is too evident.
Decent beer, not the best IIPA.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hop upfront and tons of sweet caramel malts. Flavour is on the sweet side, with lots of caramel malt upfront, backed with resinous and floral hops. Maltier IIPA. It's okay, nothing overly complex or well-made. Decent.

On Tap at the Bend BP Slightly hazy pale dingy yellow. Dense creamy off white head. Big fresh citrusy pithy hop aroma. Similar flavors. Big up-front and citrusy. Very nice fruity fresh notes. Bitter enough, but this is one of the best hoop FLAVOR DIPAs I’ve had. Fairly heavy but smooth palate. Very good

Another nice double IPA from Bend. Rich in body and color, nice deep hop bitterness , blends well with malt backbone. Re-rate: still a solid DIPA, bright orange golden body, small soapy head. Fruity, citrus notes in the aroma , taste leans more on the astringency of the hops. Knocked a point as I’ve had some even better DIPAs since my first rate.
