Cloudy and light amber, with a medium head. Very gingery aroma, just out of the glass, carrying some coriander along for the ride. Very spicy, coriander and lots of ginger. Cardamom nor really noticeable. Has a light malt sweetness and fullness underneath, enough to support the spice a little bit this still seems heavy handed on some element while too soft on others.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy pale blond color with medium head. Strong ginger aroma. Dry mouthfeel, medium ginger flavor and mild cardamom, hint of anise, dry final. Hardly any beer feeling.
More Spice Beer than Witbier. No flaws here, just a bad concept.

Bottle - Ginger dominates with cardamom following. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soft to grains, cereal and ginger. Tastes better than the nose.

On tap at Powell Street, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is heavy on the ginger upfront, with secondary notes of cardamom and Belgian yeast. Flavour is quite spicy and wheaty, with lots of ginger upfront that essentially dominates. Secondary notes of Belgian yeast, cardamom and wheat further back. Wheaty frothy palate. Not a fan of these heavily spiced beers, but there's nothing wrong with it. Meh.
