Tap. Pours lightly hazy straw, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma of sour mash, lemon. Flavor is the same, light tart. Light plus body. Simple and easy to drink.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with small creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is dough, wheat, lemon zest. Thin body, crisp, lemon, wheat, light tartness, good.

Keg at the brewery. Pours hazy pale yellow with a slight, creamy head. The nose holds tangy wheat, mild lactic notes, lemon. Light sweet flavour with just a whisper of acidity, some lemon, crispy wheat, straw. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Fairly clean on the finish with mellow tartness, further lemon, a touch of bitter rind, wheat bread, head. Easy drinking, if fairly restrained.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy straw with a white head. Flavors of lemon with a pinch of salt. Crisp clean finish.

Bomber from Total Wine in Huntington Beach. Pours dirty white gold with a white head. Aroma seems mildly citrus/lemon tart. Very mildly. Med minus minus body. Flavor is very mild citrus/lemon tart, and I think this may have nailed the style. In a mild clean way. Pool beer.

At brewers: Pours cloudy whitish yellow with white head. Mine said this was the 3.3abv, so maybe it ain’t the same. In any case, the aroma was lactic acid and citrus. Taste was rather sour. Body was not watery. Pleasant and refreshing.
