Buzzworthy is a BBA Imperial honey stout brewed with over 500 pounds of rare Meadowfoam honey. This collaboration began with a phone call to a man in a duck blind leading to the discovery of "zombees" and barreling down on an idea; proving what a brewer and a meadmaker can create when putting their minds together. A collaboration with Moonlight Meadery.

Bottle from Moonlight Inky black pour with a decent sized bubbly tan head that slowly recedes. Fudge chocolate and bourbon oak dominate the nose. Flavor adds some roast caramel and oak tannins. Nice sipper.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out lots of semi-fermented out honey, medium roast, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is very boozy, with intense honey, floral notes, and booze. Boozy, hot, highly carbonated, without enough complexity or depth. This is really disappointing, especially for the price point. Not good at all.

Medium brown, slight hazy, On the nose, there's some honey, yes, and some bit of chocolate. It's thin, and has a big character, lots of alcohol. Ok, there's a fairly limited character. There are certainly things I like, but it's not coming together the way I'd want.

Nice blackish brown body and modest beige foam, strong chocolate syrup and molasses on the nose with cocoa nibs. Flavour is very big sweet chocolate syrup and molasses. Full and not too cloying despite the high ABV. Decent if decadent.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, honey, booze, nuts. Medium body, milk chocolate, honey, oak, nice sweetness, dry finish, very good.

Draft - Dark roast and some honey sweet notes. Jet black with a nice brown head. Dar roast, cocoa and the sweet honey notes peeking through. Interesting and well done.
