Aug 21, 2025 (7/3/7/3/14=3.4): Poured from 750mL bottle in a hotel room in Alert Bay. Clear blonde with quickly dissipating white head. Dry green apple with some background pine needle notes. A touch timid, ABV hidden.
July 19, 2022 (6/3/6/3/13=3.1): Poured from the tap. Clear blonde with minimal white ring. Dry green apple, fairly simple, not much complexity. Okay.

750 ml bottle. Pous a straw color with no head. Aromas of tart skins, grass, and melons. Flavors of tart apples, bitter rubber, and dark earthy pine. Medicinal notes Best not tried again.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a few bubbles head. Aroma is very dry, with crisp green apples. Flavour is low-to-medium sweet, with green apples and champagne. Dry, earthy and not terrible complex. Okay.

Tasting at Josh’s
Pale yellow color, large bubbles, no head. Mild aroma of pine. Very dry, the hop is not evident, maybe there is some; the fir needles are more evident, still not oppressive.
Not bad, but I don’t understand the need of it.

Greenish yellow and with light effervescence. The aroma is hoppy with citrus, and the cider is a little further back. On the palate, quite tart, very malic, with the hops manifesting as bitterness mostly. The tartness is a bit much for me.

Bottle - Fleshy green apple and skin. Pale yellow. Tart and green apple notes with a bone dry finish. Very tart but I don’t really get the hops or pine.
