375ml bottle at Brian's office. Pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma is apples, dirty, veggie, honey, flowery. Taste is similar, slightly better. Meh.

Gold. Not leaving a lot of legs. Kind of a toasty honey character. Mostly sweet, with a nice toasty honey note. Just a little apple accent on the palate, and this also lends a little bit of juicy acidity to the finish. Definitely more mead than cyser, but the fruit works pretty well. The base mead isn't anything special, but it's all good.

2017-10-19, bottle from the brewery, synthetic cork, vintage 2015, 2 years old, 6-3-7-3-13=32
The aroma is a bit waxy, but also with mild fruity touch; mild sweetness, gentle fruit touch, the ABV is quite well hidden.
Simple but nice.
2016-08-11, bottle at the meadery, 6-3-6-3-12=30
Pale blond color. A bit vinous, moderately sweet, balanced, with quite warm alcohol note. Pleasant, but nothing especial.

2015 vintage, bottle at Campbell's Gold, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out media sweet honey mixed well with medium sweet apples. Flavour is medium sweet, with green apples and medium honey qualities. Well-integrated between the cider and mead elements. Nothing special, but well done.

Bottle - Fragrant honey and a touch of apple with spice. Pale yellow. Nice apple and odd sweetness and a touch of bitterness. This is odd.
