355ml can. Pours a clear straw colour with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Mild aroma of bready wheat, lemon and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat, lemon, salt and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and crushable, but not getting any coriander and the elderflower is faint at best. Slightly disappointed.

On tap in Vancouver. Has a semi-cloudy orange gold body and no foam. Smells of soft lager with lemon hints. Tastes of nicr salty orange juice, good dry finish. It has potential anyways, not yet reached.

Medium sourness matches the salty undertones. Quite a bit of body for a wheat beer. Very clean, and perfectly to style. Bottle brought back from BC. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml bottle. Pours a turbid yellow amber with light head that settles quickly. Aromas of salty wheat with a bit of earth and coriander. Very strong on the salt. Flavor of salty white fish or at least the seasoning applied to fried white fish. Interesting is the best word. But overboard...

Opaque, greyish. No head. Looks terrible, but it has a nice clean kettle sour, touch of saltiness and nice berryish fruity character.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color with small head. The lactic character of this beer is very evident in the aroma and flavor; moderately salty, moderately sour, lemony, and with a pleasant touch of elderflowers.
Highly drinkable and refreshing.
Excellent.

On tap at Field House, pours a cloudy murky orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of salt, citrus notes and wheat. Flavour is quite tart, with citrus notes, medium tartness and with salt. Well-balanced, with a citric finish. Really well-balanced. Excellent.

Draft - Lots of passionfruit and tart notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Agressive, slaty, citrus and a salty clean finish. Very nice.
