Keg at Ratebeer Best Beer Festival. 31/01/2016. A translucent yellow orange coloured pour, hazed. Aroma is grainy, apricot, peach, simple. Flavour is composed of grainy, slightly nutty grains, perfumed citrus, apricot and peach. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, drying finish.

On tap at Ratebeer Best. Pours a cloudy copper with small off white head. The aroma is strong yeast, grape, citrus. Medium body, fruity, yeast, light bitterness, very good.

Keg at RB Best, 31/01/16. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is pissy green berries, funk blanket, light spice, gooseberry fool. Taste comprises damp straw, lemon rind, green berry must, on the turn melon, light hop tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison.

Draft @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak funky aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty weak funky flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty funky finish.

Tap@Boxing Cat/Great Leap Takeover, Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen - golden orange coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, light bretty, yeast, lemon and orange zest, straw, hay, light palate, dry fruity finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light citrusy to grapefruity. Bitter, fruity and crisp hoppy. Slight greasy note. Bitter and dry hoppy finish.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, spicy hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, and spicy hops, leading to a dry finish.

Draft at the RateBeer Best Festival 2016. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds light piss, moderate funk. Light sweet flavour with pleasant citrus, peach, orange rind, white grape. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, with further white grape, nectarine. Good beer.
