Keg at Ratebeer Best Beer Festival. 31/01/2016. A light hazed golden coloured pour with a small off white head. Aroma is doughy grains, sour, some vinegar, tangy apple and some wood. Flavour is composed of doughy, tangy vinous fruits, apple, wheat. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation. Ok.

On tap at Ratebeer Best. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head. Strong vinous aroma, grape, oak, stone fruit. Medium body, funky, apricot, oak, floral, dry finish, very good.

Keg at RB Best, 31/01/16. Clear light golden with a decent off white head. Nose is pissy citric rinds, light spice, funk, flicker of pine, white grape must. Taste comprises green berry funk, wood must, pissy straw, subtle barrel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light acidic bite and mellow puckerings in the close. Decent well balanced sour ... lots of depth to the flavour for the ABV.

[1/31/16] Draught sample at RateBeer Best festival in Santa Rosa. Hazy pale yellow. Lacto, tropical fruity hops, wood, fruits, vinous notes. Dry, tart.

Light red wine, some citrus bretta. Pours hazy amber with OK head. Light tangy finish. Nicely done, though the imagine the barreling is overpowering what this beer was. Tap at blind tiger.

Draft @ Max’s Taphouse, Baltimore. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart woody bretty aroma. Fruity sour tart spicy woody flavor. Has a fruity sour tart woody bretty finish.

On tap at OLAR. Pours a clear gold with some frothy white head. Nose of apricot and orange blossom, tennis ball, a little new sneaker, lots of flower pollen, guava. Flavor has guava and pineapple, white grape, a little lemon/lime, some honey, light straw. Crisp and sticky finish. Really nice.
