Draft from Birrabus, in Ravenna, Italy. Pours fairly clear red with no foam. Aroma is intense of grape must. Body is dense with limited carbonation. Good astringency. Taste is moderately sweet with marked sourness. Finish is long and sour.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Birra+, Rome. It poured a lightly hazy brownish body with a smaller head. Aroma of sour cherry and citrus juice, not very pungent, even with light strawberry note. Flavor was, accordingly, lightly sour with light lemon and orange combo note, leather, but also much sour cherry, almost like a juice. Note of coffee as well popped in somehow. Medium body, in which alcohol was extremely well hidden. Finish was moderately long, following flavor pretty much. Very lightly vinous through the all components. An extremely pleasant fruity sour.

Bottle from SmakPiwa.pl. Brewed in 2014. Acetto Balsamico:) :) super aromat owocow czerwonych, drewna i miodu. W smaku kwasne winne, octowe, cierpkie, bardzo extremalnie wytrawne. Sporo debowego smaku i zapachu. Wyglad piekna czerwien ze spora naturalna pianka, ale opadajaca szybko. Testowane w kieliszku do czerwonego wina. Doskonale do watrubki, alkohol zupelnie ukryty. Bardzo smaczne, kwasne i wytrawne. Nawet ci co lubia ten styl powinni byc zaskoczeni potega kwaskowego mocnego smaku. Classico.

2011 vintage. A deep dark brown ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with dark fruits, light Brett, light butter notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett notes, light cork, ground cherries, lactic acid, dark fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle from Bièropholie imports.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. 2011 Vintage. Slightly hazy deep rose to orange colour with a thin orangey head. Aroma sour citrus and funky sourness. Taste citrus tangy and light sour. Mid carbonation. Overall a very enjoyable beer.

Bottle shared at Daniels place. 20/02/2016. Many thanks to Scopey for this one. Hazed orange coloured pour with a lasting halo of off white head. Aroma is funky sour, horsey funk, musty, hint of orange citrus. Flavour is composed of tangy sour, bretty, musty, some horsey. Palate is easy going sour, moderate carbonation . Good. Decent depth.

Bottle shared at Casa Daniel - thanks to Paul. Vintage 2010. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a light, creamy white head. The nose has a bit of leathery, acetic berries, hints of vinegar. Light sweet flavor with moderate acidity, some further leathery fruits, berries, light earth and leaves, lemon, tangerine. Light to medium bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, with some acidity, musty leather and earth, berries, hints of lemon and sweat. Drinking pretty good.
