On tap at the brewpub. Aroma is soft muddy graham cracker. Has a brownish copper body and minimal head. Flavour is a good blend of malt and graham cracker at least. Crisp finish. It's a nice malty brew, cracker really shows through in a good way.

On tap. Pours a clear light mahogany with little head. Aromas of dry malts. Flavours of dry malts and burnt oily sugar with a dose of DMS. Nope.

Dull light brown. Mild bitterness, lots of artificial vanilla...crackery malt base. Honestly as disappointing and one-dimensional as I thought it would be.

Can - Lots of biscuit and dark bready notes with a touch of sweetness. Clear dark amber with a rich beige head. Sweet and lightly burnt notes with a bit of a bitter finish. Bready notes does translate to a Graham Cracker type taste, but the finish is a bit too bitter and ruins it a bit for me.

On tap at Bitter Tasting Room, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Nose brings out light graham crackers and a touch of cinnamon. Flavour is weird, with artificial graham crackers and cinnamon. Quite nastily syrupy. Not a nice beer to me.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Dark amber color, clean, with beige compact head. Caramel based beer, sweetish, with bits of vanilla and fudge that become obnoxious; full bodied, powerful.
It’s just a bold beer, clean, but the weirdness of the cookies is unnecessary.
