30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale red with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is woody, musty, raspberry, apple, light pepper. Moderate body, medium tartness, with peppery and salty tingle. Medium body, oily, touch of fizz. Really enjoyed this.

750ml bottle from Beer Cartel, Sydney. Reddish pink colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of raspberry, oak barrel, acetic funk. Taste is tart, acetic, citric rind, raspberry, wood barrel, oaky with sharp acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acetic sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

Tasting at Matt’s; vintage 2014, bottled 12 Feb 2015
Reddish color, cloudy, the head disappears quickly. Yes, raspberry in the aroma, but also booze, raspberry jam, wood; a bit weird. Dry mouthfeel, not too thin, very tart; strong raspberry presence, some jam, a bit astringent in the final.
A bit weird in some traits, but at least it delivers what it claims; not bad.

Bottle from the brewery. Pinkish colour, no head, raspberry nose is fresh. Tart, has a nice raspberry character, and has a refreshing character.

Bottle - Sweet, light raspberry notes and tartness. Dark cloudy reddish pink. Tart sweet berry notes, very acidic but still decent.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark red with no head. Nose brings out loads of fresh raspberries, with light tartness. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh tart raspberries. Doesn't really taste like a cider, more like a sour ale. Ample acidity on the finish. Not very complex, but it's pleasant to sip in small amounts despite enhancing your chances of acid reflux. Decent.
