Tap. Astral Beers, Bologna (which is definitely not out of business, as per the places on here). Green tinged gold. Light haze. Glossy, messy, lasting, lacing, white head. Nose has super sweet, jellied sweets. Tinned fruit salad. Spicy, herbal hop leaf. Some oily flower petal. Taste is considerably more bitter, with a juicy, citrus oil thing going on. Some hop spice. Sweetness on the lips. Medium body. Low carbonation. Loads of hop oil. Long, citrusy, slightly resinous bitter finish. Good. Going on previous rates, this is way better on tap than in bottle!

Grasig würziger Antrunk, frisch, milde Süße. Trocken bitter, vollmundig, intensiv. Harmonisch, zum Ende zwar trocken werdend, der Hopfigkeit tut das aber keinen Abbruch. Spritzig, gut. 12/10/11/11//11

Bottle - Very syrupy sweet tropical fruits. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet and fruity with some bitterness.. Very sweet and syrupy, too much so.

330mL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn (thanks Alex), pours a clear golden with a very small white head. Aroma is quite sweet, with cereal malt, artificial sweetness, and some piney hops. Flavour seems off, with notes of artificial sweetness (almost like diacetyl, but not quite), vomit, and some piney hops. Something isn't right here. Not a disaster, but it needs fixing. Seems like it was better on draught than in the bottle.

2015-12-29, bottle from Birrivico, Como; 8-4-8-4-16=40
Aroma of candied fruits, some animal character, more animal character in the flavor, and fairly sweet. A bit heavy in the final.

2015-12-19, draught at Birrivico, Como, 8-4-8-5-17=42
Hazy golden color with generous frothy head. Wonderful hop aroma, fruity, a bit tropical, a bit animal. The body is very lean, the residual sweetness very low, nice Pale malt flavor, and then plenty of juicy hops, sweet oranges, a bit tropical too; slightly more earthy in the final.
Another excellent modern IIPA by Hammer.
